• Post or transmit any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, or chain letters
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
• Use the App in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks
• Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the App

AI Companion Services

MemeVerse provides AI-powered companion services. You understand and agree that:

• AI companions are artificial intelligence programs and not real people
• Conversations with AI companions are for entertainment purposes
• AI responses are generated by algorithms and may not always be accurate or appropriate
• You should not rely on AI companions for professional advice, medical guidance, or critical decisions
• We continuously improve our AI models, which may result in changes to companion behavior

Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of MemeVerse Technologies Ltd and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used without our prior written consent.

Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the App, to understand our practices regarding the collection and use of your information.

Subscription and Payments

MemeVerse may offer premium features through subscription plans. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees and charges
• Provide accurate payment information
• Accept automatic renewal unless cancelled
• Understand that refunds are subject to our refund policy

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to MemeVerse immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by contacting us or using the account deletion feature in the App.

Disclaimers

MemeVerse is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MemeVerse Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Service at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to use MemeVerse after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
